- Formal tours can be schedule for large groups/families.
- Can be open by appointment.
Victorian Setting room for use as:
- Meeting of 5-25 people (i.e. Lady's groups, Chamber, Card Clubs, etc.)
- Family Reunion
- Small Weddings
- As a Photograph background
- Graduation Parties and etc.
Eserhaut Family Research Library
- Computers available for public used.
- Open to the public for their research needs.
- Offering services to do research for others.
Programs and Tours
- We have programs on Topics of Cedar County History or can create one for your group.
- We also offer Tours of the "Best Kept Secrets of Tipton", Our Forefathers: Cemetary Walk (4) and "The Gems of Cedar County" tour.
- We also set up educational tours and programs for youth groups (i.e. Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, 4-H Groups, School groups etc.) Please call for more information.
Guest Speakers and Special Events- willl be scheduled throughout the year. This information will be posted on this website, the Tipton Chamber of Commerence website, Cedar County Attic Facebook page and also in the Tipton Conservative.
We are open to any suggestion that you may have to offer. This facility after all belongs to you, the community.
